Send plugin crash reports to help Mozilla improve Firefox

I am sure you all have seen this message on your browser screen while working on Mozilla Firefox. It means that a plugin like Adobe Flash has crashed on your Firefox browser. It prevents you to open any video and animated site. Plugins don't always update automatically, we always need to update it. I recently shared you tips on “Firefox uses too much memory (RAM) - How to fix”. I hope below tips will help you to solve the issue of Plugin crash.

Note:- Before following the steps below, I do not recommend you doing this unless you are comfortable editing the Computer Settings. I will not responsible for any damage that may be caused to your PC after editing the settings by following the steps below. You proceed at your own risk or may take Help for Mozilla Firefox at +1-855-207-5444 (Toll Free)

First of all you can simply reload the page, it will restart the plugin, and your video or flash will be shown again.

You should send a crash report to Mozilla before reloading the page. You can perform this by clicking on Send crash report. These crash reports help us make improvements to Firefox.

Put these details on your report like:

Which version of firefox you are using
Tell about your operating system
Details about installed plug ins
Extension

If your problem continues, you must update your browser, you might have to reinstall the latest version of browser. Newer browsers are more compatible with plug ins.
